KAJIWARA provide a comprehensive design process from basic design that reflects customer’s requirements to detailed mechanical and electrical design for products such as the KJ Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO), KJ Thermal Oxidizer (TO), and KJLarge Scale Dust collector (Bag Filter).

Basic Design

In basic design phase, hearing the issues and requirements customers face, we conclude the solutions and concepts that adrress those demands.
Specifically, we ask customers about key factors such as the targeted reduction in CO₂ emissions, the optimal level of functionality, the available installation space, and the compatibility with existing equipments to plan and propose products optimized for the conditions and requirements.

Detailed Design

Our detailed design is broadly divided into two categories: mechanical design and electrical design.
In mechanical design, we mainly use CAD to design and make a drawing of the product itself.
In electrical design, we mainly design and develop the electrical circuits related to the products, as well as design, validate and evaluate the distribution boards and the control panels.
