KJ Thermal Oxidizer (TO)

Direct fired Thermal Oxidizer which achieves high removal efficiency by featuring a unique mechanism called Flame Cylinder.
Long-term stable operation is possible in processes with many impurities that are difficult to treat.

  • ① KJ Tube Type Heat Exchanger
    Reduced fuel consumption by preheating process gas with exhaust combustion gas
  • ② Combustion chamber
    Flame cylinder mechanism mixes process gas and flame sufficiently to pyrolyse VOCs and odors.
  • ③ Retention chamber
    High-temperature gas is retained for a sufficient period to decompose VOCs and odors completely.
  • ※ Waste heat recovery (optional)
    By adding the waste heat recovery equipment, excess heat energy can be recovered and provided to production facilities

KJ Tube Type Heat Exchanger

高温側に溶接面がなく、高い耐久性を実現
Highly resistant to blocking caused by dust, and has been widely adopted especially in processes with large amount of silica dust.
Installing soot blowers enables long-term stable operation.
Highly efficient heat exchange due to corrugated shaped tubes for larger heat transfer area.
高温熱伸びを考慮したチューブ固定構造を採用

Flame Cylinder

The ring-shaped flame cylinder structure enables flame and process gas mixed completely.
Both gas and oil can be used as fuel for the burner.
The VOCs and odors in the process gas are instantly heated by directly exposing it to a high-temperature flame.
High removal efficiency with sufficient retaintion time
