カジワラの機械技術
Dust collector（Bag filter）
The system using filter cloths to collect and remove dust generated at factroies and incinerators which we supply to major steelmakers, biomass plants, and incinerators in Japan.
Organic Rankine Cycle electric power generation systems(ORC)
ORC is a power generation unit capable of generating electricity using hot water or superheated water. It can be applied for recovering waste heat from factories or for geothermal utilization, contributing to decarbonization efforts.
Thermal Oxidizer (TO / RTO)
Our Thermal Oxidizer (TO & RTO) removes VOCs and other emissions from various production lines by incineration. We supply the systems to domestic and foreign leading chemical companies.
Solar Power Generation
We have installed solar power plants across Japan, mainly in Hyogo Prefecture. We have also implemented a solar power system on the roof of our headquarters factory to achieve energy self-sufficiency. By maximizing the use of renewable energy, we contribute to moving away from depletable energy resources.
Heat Exchanger (KAJIWARA Heater)
“Kajiwara Heater”, primarily used for heating fuel and lubricating oil on ships, is vibration-resistant and supplied to most Japanese shipyards.

enKPTシステム（高圧空気灰輸送）
KPT system is a high-concentration ash transfer system that utilizes high-pressure air. It is capable of handling various fly ashes generated from incinerators, coal-fired boilers, etc. Ash can be transfered to destinations more than one kilometer away. We also offer "vacuum transfer" and "low-pressure transfer".
